The one-man company Giorietto Giovanni was founded in 1972, producing ladyfingers.
In 1980 the company moved to its new headquarters in Angiari (VR) and began making other products, and yogurt plumcakes in particular. The company specialized in these two products, bringing production to state-of-the-art technology to achieve a completely automated production process, from raw materials in silos to final packaging.
The company, thanks to its many years in business, has accrued the experience and practice that guarantee the goodness and excellent quality of its products, selecting the best raw materials to achieve the utmost in terms of quality. These are our only production secrets.

This self-control manual includes the traceability procedure for packaged foodstuffs in accordance with EEC REG. 178/2002.
