For the purpose of complying with the requirements of EEC REG. 852/2004 as amended our company has prepared a self-control manual based on the haccp system.
This self-control manual includes the traceability procedure for packaged foodstuffs in accordance with EEC REG. 178/2002.
We have the organic production certification as Reg. CE 834/07 e 889/08 es. m. e i. METODO DI PRODUZIONE BIOLOGICO
We are certified in accordance with IFS Food Standards.
